The EEF endowment provides long term financial support for Foundation Programs. A permanent endowment provides a committed level of support annually without the dependence on annual fundraising results. This endowment will allow us to sustain and expand the level of support provided to Elmbrook students and schools as the needs of the District change in the future. Permanent funds allow Foundation's to assist in supporting permanent needs that would otherwise go unfunded. A permanent endowment is a key component of successful Education Foundations across the country.
In an effort to 'promote educational excellence' while saving for the future, the EEF endowment also provides a permanent way to recognize the excellence and contributions of our graduates, staff, programs, coaches, prior/current Foundation members, etc.. The Foundation's endowment allows you and/or someone that has made an impact on Elmbrook to become part of the Legacy of the Foundation and the Elmbrook School District.

ENDOWMENT FUND SUMMARY - The EEF is currently developing the following funds in support of its current endowment objectives:
-
EEF Board Leadership Fund: Provides a way for past, present and future EEF Board Members to leave a legacy towards the Foundation's endowment goals. This fund can also be used to honor a member of the EEF Board of Directors and/or a Foundation volunteer.
-
Elmbrook Staff Lead the Way Fund: Elmbrook Staff contribute to this fund on an annual basis as part of the Annual Staff Non-Profit Appeal. In addition, community members can honor a teacher, coach, or program with a gift to this fund (i.e. retirements, etc.)
-
BCHS and BEHS Alumni Funds: Graduates or their families (on their behalf) can make a gift to this fund in honor of their class or a favorite teacher/coach/program/administrator. Gifts can be recognized individually and/or collectively (i.e. in the case of a class reunion gift).
-
General Fund: Gifts to the endowment that are not directed to a specific subfund are invested in the EEF's General Endowment fund. This fund currently includes the annual investment approved by the EEF Board of Directors in an effort to grow the endowment to stated goals.
If you would like to make a gift to any of these funds, you can make a donation online or fill out the EEF Endowment Donation Form and send it to the Foundation along with your donation. If you are interested in discussing the opportunity of developing a fund in your family's name in support of the Foundation's endowment objectives, please contact the Foundation for additional information.
HONORARY/MEMORIAL FUNDS
These funds have been established to honor those that have made a special impact in Elmbrook. These funds provide a continuing education scholarship on an annual basis and are recognized throughout the school year. Donations can be made to any honorary/memorial scholarship fund at any time in an effort to continue to honor those special to Elmbrook for years to come. Simply send your donation to the Foundation with the fund name in the subject line (i.e. Holly Christina Stahl Memorial). All donations will be acknowledged with the primary contact for that fund (usually a family member).
