GATHER A GROUP TO COME AND JOIN THE PARTY! SATURDAY, MARCH 3RD 2012
The Foundation's Annual Social is held at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center in Brookfield in March of each year. 2012 marks the 4th year of this established event in Elmbrook. Approximately 300 guests attend each year. There is no formal program, rather guests are free to simply socialize, enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres and small plate buffets, play casino games sponsored by Casino Party Specialists, participate in the raffle and have fun with friends. Those who play the casino games can use their winnings to increase their odds at winning raffle items.
This year's event features a wine pull, restaurant tree, jewelry dig sponsored by Faye's, 50/50 raffle, and more!
Elmbrook retirees and alumni are also encouraged to attend with their friends who may or may not still be connected with the District. If you are an alumni or retiree, please make a note on your registration so that we can help you connect with others that are also attending. In addition, Elmbrook retirees and alumni will be entered to win something special at the event!
HOW TO REGISTER
Guests can attend individually, with their spouse, or a group of friends. Tickets are priced conservatively at $50/person. Those who have supported the Foundation recently will receive a postal invitation. Others are free to print off the attached 2012 REGISTRATION FORM and send it in directly to the Foundation at P.O. Box 206, 53008. Group reservations need not be sent in together for this event but all those attending are encouraged to email the link to this page on our web site to friends, prior classmates and co-workers to encourage them to join you for the fun!
PREPARING FOR THE EVENT

This event also features a gold/silver/platinum purchasing event so start looking through your home now to find unwanted items that you would like to get an estimate for. We have been working with this out of state purchaser for 4 years because their estimates have proven to be substantially higher than those given locally. We want you to leave with the most cash you can (unless you choose to leave it behind to benefit the EEF of course :).
If you did not rsvp on your registration form, just send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Knowing the total number of sellers at the event will help our purchaser estimate how much cash to bring! If you have items to sell but are unable to attend the event, just let us know and we can try to arrange a special time for you to meet with our purchaser.
Make sure to 'like' the Foundation via www.facebook.com/EEFWI to be notified of any updates on the event. You will also receive an email the week before the event with any last minute information you may need to know.
