Ladies Night, sponsored by Pasternak & Zirgibel, S.C., is the social event of the season for area women!  It is held annually the Tuesday after Thanksgiving at the Westmoor Country Club in Brookfield beautifully decorated for the holidays.

Ladies Night sells out annually at over 300 guests who have the opportunity to socialize with ladies from across the Elmbrook School District, enjoy delicious hors d'oeuvres and desserts, and take a chance to win one of the fabulous raffle/auction/mystery bag items donated by residents and members of our local business community.

This is truly THE opportunity to find unique items to supplement holiday shopping lists.

This event also features a precious metals purchasing opportunity.  You bring in your gold, silver and silver plated items, and an independent buyer will be on site to make you an offer you can't refuse.  Many of our guests go home with substantially MORE money than they came with ... now that is a fundraiser everyone can enjoy!  The buyer donates 15% of THEIR profits, not yours, back to the Foundation to support our students and schools to have the opportunity to come to this event.  Feel free to get a local estimate prior to the event.  We have already shopped around and are confident that the offer provided at Ladies Night will exceed it!

WaterStone Bank generously sponsors a glass of wine for each of our guests as they arrive.  Each guest is free to take their etched WaterStone Bank glass home with them as a momento from the evening!

In addition, professional and amateur bakers and candy makers will have an opportunity to share their creativity and/or showcase their products/services to help guests out with their holiday baking and hostess gifts.

This year features a few new items ... a 50/50 raffle to benefit both the Foundation and the winner, a poinsettia sale sponsored by Ground Crew Services, and a cash purse raffle sponsored by Elmbrook parent, Cathy Wolfla .... you won't want to miss it!  All cosmetics to support this year's event were sponsored by Lauren Sinclair, an Elmbrook parent and Mary Kay Beauty Consultant.

We will once again be featuring a single table auction package available via BLIND BID during dessert.  The 2011 Table Auction is designed to accomodate a group bid.  Guests are encouraged to identify those that are interested in being part of the group bid prior to the event.  This year's table auction package features "A Night Out on the Town in Style!" sponsored by Big City Limo and SURG Restaurant Group.  Big City Limo will take your group from Brookfield to Milwaukee in a luxury limobus where your group of 10 (or more for an additional fee) will be treated to a progressive dinner at some of SURG's most popular restaurants.  Please see the TABLE AUCTION DETAILS for more information.

Tips to make your experience AT THE EVENT the best it can be!!!!

  • Scour your house this weekend for unwanted/unused gold, silver (or silver plated) items.  If you plan to get an estimate for them at the event, please send a quick email to the Foundation so that the buyer knows to expect you if you can (but not required).
  • Plan ahead:  Bidding on some auction and raffle items take some pre-planning on your part.  For example,
    • Full Orthodontic Case Sponsored by Drs.  Pincsak, Hanson, and Melugin.  Value $6000.  If you know of a family member in need of orthodontics, this is a great way to help the Foundation and give them a GREAT smile!  Personal referrals available as needed.   www.phmorthodontics.com
    • Luxury Night On the Town for 10 (or more):  Limobus service from Brookfield to Milwaukee Ave for a Progressive Dinner for 10.  Value $1515.  Additional guests can be added for an additional fee.   So find that group of friends that might like to go in on a group bid for this item prior to the event.
    • Neroli 2-hour spa party for 10 at Neroli Brookfield.  Value $800.  Perfect for your next GNO.  Get a group together to bid!
    • Check out the preliminary list of additional Raffle and Auction Items to decide what you (or those on your holiday shopping list) might be interested in.  Check back as the event date nears as this list is continually changing.  For pictures and a description of some of the items, please visit our facebook page at www.facebook.com/EEFWI.
  • Pre-register a credit card with the Foundation.  Only those with a credit card on file will be able to charge transactions at the event.  Those that take this step PRIOR to the event will be able to minimize wait times by doing express checkin.  However, you may also register a credit card at the event when you do regular checkin.  Those who have pre-registered a credit card will not have to wait in checkout lines at the end of the event; rather, your winnings will be delivered to your table.  Please contact our Reservations Coordinator, Kim Rogne, at 414 581 5393, with questions or to pre-register a credit card if you would like to do so before the event.
  • Pre-order your raffle tickets.  We have volunteers on hand to prelabel all raffle tickets ordered in advance of the event.  Those with pre-labeled raffle tickets need not be present to win (so if you leave early, you have not forfeited your prize).  Tickets are 20 for $20 or 60 for $50.  Those who pre-order may also purchase 150 tickets for $100; however, this option will not be available at the event.  Lastly, those with pre-labeled raffle tickets will not have to wait in checkout lines; rather your winnings will be delivered to your table.  Please contact our Reservations Coordinator, Kim Rogne, at 414 581 5393, with questions or to pre-order labeled raffle tickets if you have not yet done so.
  • Please review the LADIES NIGHT 2011 REGISTRATION FORM if you registered with a group and did not see this information previously.

If you are UNABLE TO ATTEND BUT WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RAFFLE, you may pre-order raffle tickets and provide instructions on how to direct your raffle tickets at the event.  A member of our raffle committee will place them on your behalf and you will be notified if you won any items on 11/30/11 to arrange for delivery.  Pre-labeled raffle ticket requests must be made through the Foundation via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
